Cancellation Policy
By booking a date on our course you are reserving a place for the full duration of that course
Deposit and payment requirements
Deposit of 250.00€/£200.00 on booking to secure your place
Remaining payment in full 28 days before arrival
If you cancel before the course begins, refunds will be subject to the following terms
84 days notice – deposit returned
28 days notice – no return of deposit
15 – 28 days before arrival – 50% of payment returned
Less than 15 days – no refund
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious injury or illness, we may offer a full refund or credit towards a future course
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable French/EU consumer law.
